Soemanto (1998:113-121) stated that there are three main factors which influence learning, they are:

These factors come from out of students such as the material, condition of the classroom, and the facilities which influence them to learn.
b. Learning method factors
The way of teacher in teaching influences students’ learning method. Teachers must give habit to students to learn certain subject by using appropriate method. Inappropriate method can make students fail in achieving learning objectives.

c. Individual factors
These factors include maturity of student, age, gender, experiences, mental capacity, physical health, mental health and motivation.
Such as teaching, learning also can be carried out formally or informally. Formal learning is learning that takes place within a teacher-student relationship, such as in a school system. Informal learning occurs through the experience of day-to-day situations such as reading, listening, or practicing something. It is organized learning outside the formal learning system. For example: learning by coming together with people with similar interests and exchanging viewpoints, in clubs or in an organization (An Online Wikipedia).
The educational system may use a combination of formal and informal learning methods. In some schools students can get points that count in the formal-learning systems if they get work done in informal-learning circuits. They may be given time to assist international youth workshops and training courses, on the condition they prepare, contribute, share and can proof this offered valuable new insights, helped to acquire new skills, a place to get new experiences.
